Buy cars from Germany – before the others see them.
The German market is Europe's largest: millions of listings on mobile.de, AutoScout24 and Kleinanzeigen, many of them private. CarFalke reads the three portals every minute and shows your buyers new cars in your language – with price rating, market value, phone number and everything you need to import.
Why dealers buy in Germany
Supply, prices, paperwork – and three portals that are hard to follow without a tool.
The largest supply
More cars of every make and model than in any other European country – from dealer stock to private sales with a phone number.
Prices that add up
Strong competition and short holding periods keep prices down; CarFalke shows the market value from comparable listings and the purchase potential per car.
Traceable history
HU (TÜV), service book, previous owners and accident status are in the listing; CarFalke reads the detail page and turns them into filters.
Three portals, your language
Feed, searches, alerts and app in your language – the listings come from the German portals, the work with them stays with you.

Buying in Germany: what dealers should know
VAT
Buying from a dealer: regular taxation with VAT shown or the margin scheme (Margin scheme, § 25a UStG) – visible in the listing as “VAT deductible”. Buying from private: no VAT; the resale then usually falls under the margin scheme.
Registration tax
No special import levy applies on first registration in Germany; the usual registration fees apply.
Documents
Registration certificate part I and part II (Fahrzeugbrief), COC or data confirmation, valid HU, purchase contract with both VAT IDs; deregistration in Germany by the seller or at the registration office.
Getting it home
Export plates with insurance and customs number plate, short-term plates within Germany or transport by carrier – the purchase calculation includes the transport cost.
General notes, not tax or legal advice; as of November 2026. The rules in Germany and the seller's details are authoritative.
