What CarFalke is

CarFalke is a market search for professional car dealers. The service searches publicly accessible vehicle listings on third-party portals – currently mobile.de, AutoScout24 and Kleinanzeigen –, enriches them with a price rating, market value and vehicle details, and notifies dealers of new hits for their saved searches.

CarFalke is addressed exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). It is not offered to consumers. CarFalke is neither the buyer nor the seller of the vehicles shown, not an agent and not a party to any vehicle purchase; purchase contracts are concluded solely between the dealer and the respective seller.

mobile.de, AutoScout24 and Kleinanzeigen are trademarks of their respective owners. CarFalke has no business relationship with these portals and is neither operated nor endorsed by them.

Notes on the content shown

We reproduce vehicle data, prices, photos and seller details as published on the respective portal. They originate from the respective seller, may change at any time and may be incomplete or incorrect; the original listing is always authoritative. Price ratings, market values, purchase potentials and market trends are statistical estimates derived from comparable listings and not warranted characteristics.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. If we become aware that content we have taken over infringes the rights of third parties, we remove it without delay. Please send notices – for instance as the seller behind a listing – to [email protected]; about your data, to [email protected].

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites, in particular to the original listings on the portals, over whose content we have no control. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for that content. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking. If we become aware of violations, we remove such links at once.

Copyright

The content we create, the design, the software and the compilation of the data are subject to German copyright law; the rights of the database producer (§§ 87a et seq. UrhG) are reserved. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law and of the contract concluded with you require our prior written consent. Automated reading of the service (e.g. by scrapers or bots) is prohibited.

Consumer dispute resolution

CarFalke is not addressed to consumers. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Data sources

Vehicle listings: publicly accessible listings on mobile.de, AutoScout24 and Kleinanzeigen (see “What CarFalke is”).

Postcodes and place coordinates for the radius search: GeoNames (www.geonames.org), licensed under CC BY 4.0 (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0). The data was aggregated for the search (one centre point per postcode).

Make and model catalogue: built among other sources from the public datasets of the European Environment Agency (EEA) on CO₂ monitoring of newly registered passenger cars.
