Principle
CarFalke stores on your device what is strictly necessary to run the service and – only with your consent – Google Analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. The necessary storage is done by CarFalke GmbH itself (first party).
Necessary cookies and storage
For sign-in and account security, your language, your cookie choice, the theme and the live cockpit's settings (sound and desktop notifications), which stay in your browser only. This storage is strictly necessary for the service you expressly requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and needs no consent. Further processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on the sign-in and contact forms stores nothing on your device but loads a script from Cloudflare there.
Statistics (only with consent)
With your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 of Google Ireland Limited: the cookies _ga and _ga_* distinguish visitors and sessions (stored for 13 months) so that we can evaluate the use of our public pages statistically. Advertising features are switched off. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Details are in the privacy policy (no. 14).
Marketing
We currently use no third-party advertising or marketing services. Should that change, we will obtain your consent beforehand and update this policy.
Changing your choice
Your choice is kept for twelve months. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button below. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser; necessary functions such as sign-in may then no longer be available.
